Do you build offline-first field apps?

How do you handle large BIM and CAD files?
We design file infrastructure separately from application infrastructure — chunked upload, background processing, CDN delivery, and viewer integration (Forge/APS, or open standards like IFC.js).
Can we customise a commercial platform instead of building?
